Deauville Canard

The Canard was designed to replace an ageing 2cv body in GRP.

Now in its 7^th year of production

The canard was designed to give the flavor of the 1930’s to 1940’s style of car with its long bonnet and flowing wings and running boards  and  2 + 2 seating makes it an ideal tourer A hardtop makes it an all year round car for those cold winter days. It uses most of the original 2cv donor parts including rolling chassis, wiring loom, steering column, gearlever, brake pedals and a host of smaller items.  The handling is similar to the original 2cv donor obviously but with less metal top part to the car it has a lower centre of gravity giving  less body roll on the corners.

We offer a set of all metal parts to fit GRP to Chassis and body tub £250.00

Optional extras: nut and bolt pack, doors/bonnet/boot handles, hinges etc alteration to steering column and hand brake £ POA

Soft top and all metal fittings available £ POA

Please Note that due to current legislation we are now unable to supply glass for windscreen and hardtop. However we can recommend you contact Mobile Windscreens who will cut and fit.
